Centreville Pastor

Why can’t church be real . . . and really fun? It seems like someone’s Uncle Hubert decided years ago that in order for church to count as something “spiritual”, it had to taste like bad medicine. We want people to experience God’s love in a real-life, practical way . . . and if we have fun in the process? What could be better!
We’ve been meeting at Westfield High School since 2001 – it has become a place where hundreds of people have made life-changing decisions and taken new steps in their relationship with God. Every week people come as their normal selves, with issues, problems, and questions that don’t have to be ignored in order to hear God’s voice. Wearing blue jeans and drinking a cup of coffee have been part of that real-ness, but so has being honest about our struggles.
The cool thing is that God continues to show up and change lives. It is the core of what we’re about and why we’re here, helping people love God, love others, and share their stuff.
Come check it out. You’ll probably laugh, ask some questions, and wonder if it’s really church. Before you know it, God will be more real than you ever could have imagined.
